Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify documents for loan closings while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Interface with various teams to ensure quality of funding packages and timely loan closings
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures related to mortgage closing processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail closing experience
• Familiarity with insurance policies, title reports, appraisals, and settlement statements
• Strong knowledge of the mortgage banking industry and its regulations
• Experience with BYTE preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
