Health Plan Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Plan Partnerships Operations Manager to manage post-launch operations for health plan partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with operational leads at health plan partners to improve processes such as data transfers and reporting
• Coordinate efforts with Sales and Implementation teams for strategic accounts and manage the hand-off from implementation to account management
• Project manage ongoing operations and communicate updates effectively within the business and to health plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a partnership's operations or account management role in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships across multiple levels
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Experience in an early/growth stage business is a plus
