Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of clinical professionals for complaint review and clinical investigations
- Provide clinical oversight on complex cases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows and enhancing safety signal detection
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with specialization in cardiology or electrophysiology; Master's or Doctorate preferred
- 7+ years of clinical experience, with 3-5 years in medical device safety or clinical quality leadership
- Prior experience managing clinical teams in a regulated healthcare or MedTech environment
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR 803/820 and ISO 13485
- Proven ability to connect complaint management with long-term safety strategy
