Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of clinical professionals for complaint review and clinical investigations
  • Provide clinical oversight on complex cases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows and enhancing safety signal detection
Required Qualifications
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with specialization in cardiology or electrophysiology; Master's or Doctorate preferred
  • 7+ years of clinical experience, with 3-5 years in medical device safety or clinical quality leadership
  • Prior experience managing clinical teams in a regulated healthcare or MedTech environment
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR 803/820 and ISO 13485
  • Proven ability to connect complaint management with long-term safety strategy
