Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist 2 (Sourcing and Purchasing).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Originate and process complex Purchase Orders and track order status
- Assist with vendor qualification, contract management, and procurement process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience or seven years of related experience in an engineering, procurement, and construction environment
- Experience in purchasing or subcontracts, including bid evaluation and execution of agreements
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of business administration procedures and software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
