Senior Sourcing Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing Business Partner - Global Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category strategies based on market trends and business requirements
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and negotiations for assigned categories to ensure competitive outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic suppliers and monitor supplier performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of procurement or category management experience, with at least 1 year in relevant sourcing
• Strong knowledge of subscription-based and enterprise licensing models
• Proven negotiation skills with technology providers
• Experience with procurement tools and advanced Excel or analytics tools
