Produce Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Produce Category Lead to shape and scale its Fresh Produce assortment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and management of the Fresh Produce category, ensuring a high-quality assortment
• Collaborate with R&D and Culinary teams to identify innovation opportunities and bring new products to market
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, leveraging data to inform category strategy and improve performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Fresh Produce category management, buying, or merchandising, preferably in eCommerce
• Deep familiarity with the Fresh Produce category, including consumer preferences and supply chain dynamics
• Experience in product development or private-label innovation in fresh or perishable food categories
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage projects across stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
