A company is looking for a Product Design Lead to own the user experience and interface design of internal and client-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design across the full product lifecycle for internal and external platforms
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems that ensure clarity, consistency, and speed
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align product vision with design execution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design
• Experience designing both internal tools and client-facing products
• Experience with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma
• Portfolio demonstrating deep UX/UI work on web or platform-based products
• Prior ownership of design systems
