Key Responsibilities

• Lead product design for enterprise and AI-driven features across two product pods
• Standardize and elevate the UI through scalable design systems and reusable components
• Simplify and modernize complex workflows to enhance user experience for business users

Required Qualifications

• Experience in designing complete user workflows in SaaS products, preferably in B2B and DTC environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished business software with a focus on usability and visual clarity
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and design systems
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems across multiple applications
• Ability to simplify intricate workflows for enterprise users without sacrificing functionality
