Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engineer who will be responsible for developing AI agent capabilities and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build new agent capabilities end-to-end and ensure seamless functionality across platforms
• Translate complex customer workflows into effective product features and deployment opportunities
• Design and implement evaluation and QA systems to enhance agent performance over time

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in B2B products, preferably in customer experience, e-commerce, or AI automation
• Full-stack fluency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and data modeling
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT
• Ability to work directly with clients to solve complex problems
• Strong product judgment with the capability to make autonomous decisions on product development
