Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience
• Strong expertise in Agile and Human-Centered Design (HCD)
• Experience in starting up a new program
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
• Experience in leading tasking efforts to support delivery
