Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and vision for the Protect product line, including setting goals and identifying new opportunities
• Oversee the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to ensure successful feature launches
• Conduct market analysis and engage with customers to drive product adoption and gather feedback

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in fraud detection or voice technology
• Experience within a SaaS company is required
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Technical background, including experience with AI, machine learning, and API integrations
• Proven track record of successful product launches
