Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager/Business Analyst (UAT Testing).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital customer engagement and improve operational workflows
• Define requirements clearly and ensure thorough user acceptance testing
• Support product strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or QA/UAT roles
• Strong background in user acceptance testing and requirements validation
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, matrixed teams
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus
• Experience with IVR or similar systems is a nice-to-have
