Product Manager - Client Portals

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Client & Advisor Portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end client and advisor portal experience, ensuring portals are intuitive, engaging, and scalable
• Assist in defining the product strategy and roadmap that balances the needs of clients, advisors, and business objectives
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform product decisions and validate solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience with client-facing digital platforms
• Strong understanding of financial services, wealth management, and/or fintech products
• Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments
• Passion for creating innovative digital experiences that add meaningful value for both clients and advisors
