Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Help shape and prioritize the backlog with Product and Engineering leads
• Keep Agile ceremonies focused and useful, tracking progress and identifying risks
• Coordinate across teams and ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a PM or in a similar role in a startup or high-growth environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and QA
• Comfortable leading Agile ceremonies and managing ambiguity
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or Figma
• Interest or experience in SaaS or B2B products is a plus
