Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Marketing Director to lead product marketing initiatives for their workload automation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own strategic positioning, value propositions, and messaging for the workload automation portfolio
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for product releases, managing the launch process cross-functionally
- Create sales tools and collateral, providing training to the sales team to enhance deal velocity and win rates
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 4 years in SaaS solutions
- Deep understanding of the IT automation space, with experience in workload automation or ERP systems preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise software products
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority
