This Product Marketing Manager – Online Sports role is designed for high-output, consumer-focused, and growth-oriented professionals who can tackle complex customer-facing challenges.

The primary objective is to discover the most intuitive ways to present sports and culture predictions to fans and drive mainstream adoption. This position partners with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, analytics, and marketing—to lead go-to-market efforts, daily marketing execution, and the end-to-end development of new product ideas. The role also includes optimizing current product experiences and building crossover in-game offerings that strengthen user engagement and growth.

Schedule: Remote, regular business hours

Duration: 6 months

Pay: $52 – $62/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible

Product Marketing Manager – Online Sports Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within consumer tech, fintech, crypto, or online sports gaming
• Strong storytelling and messaging development skills, particularly for new product formats or unfamiliar mechanics
• Proven track record of bringing experimental or early-stage (0→1) product concepts to market successfully
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities to manage complex launches in fast-paced environments
• Data-driven approach with the ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs to guide decision-making
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, product, creative, CRM, social, media, and analytics teams

Product Marketing Manager – Online Sports Duties
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for new prediction games and platforms, ensuring seamless product launches and ongoing marketing performance
• Develop clear, compelling product narratives that define the offering and communicate its value across all channels and touchpoints
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate creative development and align marketing efforts with broader brand goals
• Collaborate with social, CRM, partnerships, and creative teams to produce engaging, high-performing marketing assets
• Track and analyze marketing performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and refine future strategies
• Use player insights, competitive trends, and user behavior data to inform product decisions and marketing messaging
• Build expertise on the target audience to deliver differentiated campaigns that stand out in a competitive landscape and drive adoption
