Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Analyst, remote nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of IT solutions for new products and features, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Drive the work plan process by triaging requests and facilitating project documentation
• Develop and maintain product dashboards and reports to track performance and user feedback

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience required
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards) required
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations preferred
• Prior experience in a software development environment preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
