Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to enhance the performance of their Employer Services Product team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product operating model to align team goals and lifecycle needs
• Systematize and improve product development workflows and introduce automation
• Transform product insights into strategic action and manage data utilization across the Product organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or related experience creating software products
• Knowledge of human capital management systems and HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software product lifecycles
• Experience using AI/ML tools for process automation and operational scale
• Experience influencing across multiple team members and leading with curiosity
