A company is looking for a Production Support Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute quality assurance procedures for healthcare benefit platforms
- Lead client-facing user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to ensure timelines and requirements are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate configurations and troubleshoot issues identified during testing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a consumer/client-facing website environment, including manual and scenario testing
- Data analysis experience with data comparison tools
- At least 2 years in Benefits Administration or the Healthcare industry preferred
- Moderate to strong knowledge of employee benefits
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and their practical application
