Licensed Clinical Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Product Specialist, AI Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic quality reviews of AI-generated outputs, identifying clinical risks and safety issues
• Define and refine clinical QA protocols and escalation pathways for AI features
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to iterate on model behavior based on clinical safety

Required Qualifications

• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) with 4-5 years of direct clinical experience
• Experience with quality assurance/improvement and clinical review
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and healthcare technology
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of clinical risk assessment
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
