Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist II to assist with daily operations and support within the Quality Improvement department.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete quality reviews and submissions of Health Plan reports, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Assist in data collection, entry, and delivery of reports for Quality Improvement initiatives
- Analyze data and reports, managing the data review process to ensure accuracy and integrity
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of data management experience in a health insurance organization
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience in quality initiatives, including HEDIS project or NCQA standards, preferred
