Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clerical Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, coordinate, assign, and return client reports while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain communication with the Clinical QA Department regarding workflow and report status, and track documentation of processes
- Review completed reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper formatting and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year clerical experience preferred
- Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred
- Knowledge of general office equipment and multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
