VBC Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - VBC.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to inform quality program design and improve operations
• Define methods for measuring program success and track strategic initiatives
• Develop strategies for non-MassHealth quality programs and lead execution of new initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in project management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is required
• Strong familiarity with project management software and tools
