Behavioral Health Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Quality Analyst to support corporate objectives and ensure quality health care through oversight of Behavioral Health quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team and external providers to ensure the integrity of quality assurance reviews
• Gather and analyze data to support program monitoring and audit activities, preparing written audit reports
• Educate clinicians and providers on relevant rules and regulations related to quality improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Behavioral Health Clinical License (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in state of residence
• 3+ years of experience in a health care or managed care setting
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Access to high-speed internet and space for a home office setup
