Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions integrating the Customer Communication Management platform with client systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day technical expert on client-facing projects
- Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and develop innovative, scalable solutions
- Lead or contribute to all phases of solution delivery from discovery to deployment and ongoing support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading technical engagements with external clients
- Skilled in gathering requirements and developing architecture designs for system integrations
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using modern web protocols and APIs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering solutions based on the CCM industry
