Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of solutions integrating the Customer Communication Management platform with client systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day technical expert on client-facing projects
• Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and develop innovative, scalable solutions
• Lead or contribute to all phases of solution delivery from discovery to deployment and ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading technical engagements with external clients
• Skilled in gathering requirements and developing architecture designs for system integrations
• Experience designing and implementing solutions using modern web protocols and APIs
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering solutions based on the CCM industry
