Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, or financial operations is a plus
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, or Jira) is helpful
