Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, including network installation, maintenance, and repair
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of field technicians and supervisors while conducting performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Extensive experience in field operations management, including logistics and quality control
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and field service management software
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management
