Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee complex, cross-functional programs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core product line projects by establishing clear project plans, defining scope and objectives, and resource planning
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate program risks, provide regular status updates, and lead post-delivery retrospectives for performance review

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in project and/or program management, preferably in healthcare technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing concurrent and complex technical projects with overlapping priorities
• Demonstrated expertise in project management tools, risk management, resource allocation, and budget management
• In-depth knowledge of emerging IT healthcare trends and technologies is preferred
