Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Officer II for the English Access Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with U.S. embassies and ECA personnel to coordinate and administer the Access Program
  • Ensure efficient communication with stakeholders to support project operations, including proposal review and program reporting
  • Develop materials and resource guides for global program administrators and maintain accurate project data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in an NGO, government agency, or private organization
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
  • Understanding of federal government regulations (2 CFR 200) preferred
  • Budget and/or financial management experience preferred
