Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Officer II for the English Access Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with U.S. embassies and ECA personnel to coordinate and administer the Access Program
- Ensure efficient communication with stakeholders to support project operations, including proposal review and program reporting
- Develop materials and resource guides for global program administrators and maintain accurate project data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in an NGO, government agency, or private organization
- Experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external partners
- Understanding of federal government regulations (2 CFR 200) preferred
- Budget and/or financial management experience preferred
