Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle financial tasks for assigned consulting projects, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
• Monitor contract funding, prepare financial reports, and perform variance analysis
• Coordinate with support teams and assist with project-related activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or financial analyst role
• Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite and Certinia
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and accrual accounting
• Experience with government contracting requirements is a plus
