Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate multiple technical teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop budgets and work schedules while monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments
  • Coordinate interdepartmental participation and maintain communication among project team members
  • Organize project meetings, prepare necessary materials, and report on project-related information
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma with 3 - 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance
  • Experience in supporting projects, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
  • Experience in creating reports, presentations, and agendas
  • Knowledge of financial analytics including forecasting and variance analysis
