Project Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management from initiation to completion
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, resource requirements, schedules, and risk management
• Direct project delivery teams and ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
• Experience with building management systems and HVAC preferred
