Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Loan Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs
• Document current-state business process models and contribute to future-state design
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with vendor platform teams on upgrades and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of related business line or technology experience, or a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in the financial services and bank loan industry, particularly with Loan IQ
• Strong SQL and reporting skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
• Experience with fintech platforms and emerging technologies
