Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage transactional operations for Software and Solution products, including purchase order processing
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on purchase orders across the department
• Coordinate with vendors and distributor partners to ensure efficient order processing and address customer escalations

Required Qualifications

• Process-oriented and data-driven mindset
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Visio
• Experience in cloud software product support preferred
• Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
