Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve delivery frameworks, onboarding methodologies, and consulting processes
• Lead strategic onboarding and consulting projects as a trusted technical advisor
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance team focused on customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 6+ years in Professional Services or Consulting, with 4+ years in a leadership role in SaaS or security domains
• Experience leading a rapidly growing consulting practice
• Technical expertise in SaaS and security solutions with application development knowledge
• Ability to design and scale onboarding and service delivery frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced technical certifications or a master's degree preferred
