Safety and Compliance Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Safety and Compliance (RFP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business development teams to support pharmacovigilance-related RFPs and study bids
• Draft detailed safety costing proposals and develop proposal documents ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate operational requirements and ensure alignment across functional inputs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (Master's or PharmD preferred)
• 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance operations with exposure to proposal/bid development
• Solid understanding of global PV and safety regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH)
• Experience supporting safety proposals or bids in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with pricing or proposal management tools is an advantage
