Project Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Management Manager - Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement New Product Introduction programs and ensure project readiness at the manufacturing site
• Lead project management activities, including coordinating and executing assigned projects and contracts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, design project plans, and monitor performance against timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, with 3 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience
• Experience in New Product Introduction and VPI & NBS project deliverables
• Knowledge in defining manufacturing and maintenance processes and ensuring production readiness
• Experience in project risk assessment and change management approaches
• Ability to facilitate project planning sessions and establish project performance goals
