Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and support client-facing projects that enhance internal processes and improve client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate client implementations from contract award through successful delivery
• Assist Account Managers in monitoring service performance and maintaining accountability to client expectations
• Manage or support internal and client-facing projects without a clear functional owner

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project coordination or program management experience, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or client services
• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field
• PMP, CAPM, or other formal project management certification
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS365, or similar tooling
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
