Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead and support client-facing projects that enhance internal processes and improve client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client implementations from contract award through successful delivery
- Assist Account Managers in monitoring service performance and maintaining accountability to client expectations
- Manage or support internal and client-facing projects without a clear functional owner
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of project coordination or program management experience, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or client services
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field
- PMP, CAPM, or other formal project management certification
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS365, or similar tooling
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
