Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager specializing in Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple large Security programs/projects from inception to implementation
• Develop execution plans and manage all implementation processes, including financials and progress tracking
• Engage with stakeholders to understand technical needs and drive strategic planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on Program Management experience, with 6-8 years in a software company
• 4-5 years of experience in Security topics and managing security projects
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Proven success in managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments
• Understanding of global cybersecurity themes, regulations, and trends
