SAP Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SAP Program Director to lead and manage large-scale SAP projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement plans for enhanced talent deployment and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Mentor project consultants and manage multiple $10M+ assignments, ensuring client satisfaction
• Identify growth opportunities and effectively negotiate major project issues

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience with SAP S/4 solutions in complex client environments
• Proven track record in managing risks, issues, and dependencies with C-level clients on large projects
• Experience in leading large teams and complex programs in multinational companies
• In-depth knowledge of SAP's functional and technical solutions, including S/4, SuccessFactors, and Cloud Migrations
• Hands-on experience as an SAP Program Director or Transformation Leader with a passion for delivery
