A company is looking for a Freelance Project Manager (people).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfillment of 10 mass hiring vacancies
• Analyze acquisition funnels, improve conversion rates, and identify/fix bottlenecks
• Build effective collaboration with internal customers and work closely with Support and Marketing teams to achieve goals

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Strong skills in planning, resource management, and data-driven decision-making
• Ownership mindset, proactive approach, and systematic thinking
• Proficiency in English: C1 or above
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
