- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure project success
- Optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes
- Tech and data savvy, with proficiency in Google, Salesforce, and similar platforms
- Experience working across multiple teams in fast-paced environments
