• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure project success
• Optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes
• Tech and data savvy, with proficiency in Google, Salesforce, and similar platforms
• Experience working across multiple teams in fast-paced environments
