Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to agency policies and delivering timely service
• Manage policy servicing tasks including endorsements, cancellations, claims, and billing
• Negotiate with carriers and identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a related position preferred
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required within 6 months of hire
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
