Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Underwriter for Call Center Operations - PL& CL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite and process personal lines endorsements within assigned authority levels
• Review and respond to policy-related inquiries received via phone and email
• Manage tasks and service requests indexed through the email and call systems

Required Qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance products and underwriting principles
• 3+ years of combined experience servicing or underwriting personal and commercial lines insurance policies
• Prior experience in an agency, carrier or service center environment
• Call center or high-volume client service experience is a strong plus
