Job Summary
A company is looking for a Relationship Manager who will oversee a portfolio of assigned employee benefits groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal partners to successfully launch pet insurance benefits
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of relationship management or account management experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire
- Ability to apply knowledge and problem-solving techniques to resolve issues
- Familiarity with standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations
