Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with clients to enhance adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure effective use of solutions and appropriate configuration
- Lead client community events and contribute to online client communities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Substantial experience in the professional services industry, with a preference for legal industry knowledge
- Experience in account management and/or program management
- Hands-on experience with CRM and/or Experience management software
- Strong client service mentality
