Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager (Remote) who must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regional communication and manage new business implementations to meet client expectations
- Measure and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while developing business plans
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and perform client business reviews with regular financial reporting
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in travel management or related business travel account management
- Experience in implementing and managing large market or regional clients
- Thorough knowledge of business travel account management and operations
- Adept with travel industry technology and processes
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer portfolios and client relationships
