Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their online presence
- Manage assigned accounts focusing on revenue growth, retention, and exceptional customer service
- Promote and sell additional marketing services while providing product training and best practice consultations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
- 1+ year of Digital Marketing experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
