Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation reviews and adoption planning, providing guidance on schema design and platform best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to address customer trends and technical challenges
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in technical account management, consulting, or pre-sales solution architecture at a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of workflow design, data modeling, and schema evaluation
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting
- Familiarity with embedding AI-driven workflows into business processes
- Consultative mindset with the ability to balance strategic guidance and hands-on problem-solving
