Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Employer Account Manager, responsible for providing complex level support for Employer Account Executives and Employer Groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve issues for Employer Groups and Health Plan Leadership, ensuring member satisfaction and implementing process improvements
- Collaborate with account executives to build business cases and lead client-facing initiatives
- Document interactions with accounts in Salesforce CRM and support Employer Group retention through proactive issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED required
- 5 years of Client Service/Account Management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective sales messages and facilitate meetings
- Experience managing complex information to develop solutions for clients
